Exclusive Benito Iberian Bellota cured ham. With a curation process over 36 months long, we are looking at a piece of exquisite and pronounced flavour, characteristic of the Spain south area. Pigs are fed with acorns and natural grass during the montanera stage, and the cured hams are slowly dried in the Sierra area - an exceptional place with a unique climate, ensuring perfect curation and an unmistakable flavour. All cuts are certified by CERTICALIDAD. Weight per piece ranges from 6 to 8 Kilos, selectable in product options.
