Jamones Benito's 5 Acorns Iberian Bellota ham. Cured for over 36 months, this is a piece of exquisite, distinctive flavour characteristic of the Jabugo area. Made from pigs fed free-range with acorns and pastures in the meadows of the Iberian Peninsula, and slowly dried in the natural drying cellars at Sierra de Aracena, where the curing process enjoys the most optimal weather conditions. All this results in a perfectly cured ham with unmistakable flavour.
