Certified Iberian bellota ham Tesoro Pata Negra. Cured for over 36 months, this piece brings the exquisite, pronounced flavour that is characteristic of the Jabugo area. Pigs feed on acorns and natural pasture during their free-range fattening stage, and then the meat is slowly dried in our drying cellars at Sierra de Aracena - an exceptional place where the climate conditions are ideal to give these pieces their perfect curation and unmistakable flavour.
