The cheese CANAL origins date back to the 1940s, when in the heart of Castile, the family that gives name to this cheese factory begins to produce artisan cheeses, using only raw sheep, from milk of best herds, collected in Castilla León. With the passage of time the cheese grew up and started a production that inherits the secrets of a craftsmanship that has evolved.
