Shipping costs for the IBERIAN PENINSULA and PORTUGAL (except outer islands) are free for orders over 70€, for orders under 70€ the costs are 4,95€. Special taxes, duties or any other amount special not included and will be paid by the buyer. Shipping costs for Balearic Islands are free for orders over 150€, for orders under 150€ the costs are 7,50€
SHIPMENTS to Spain and PORTUGAL:
Express shipping by Seur courier service 24-72 hours for iberian peninsula and portugal. Shipments to the balearic islands, shall be 3-4 working days after shipping. For orders of large volume or amount, please previously contact us to arrange delivery date. We don´t make deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
SHIPMENTS to the European UNION:
We ship to the following countries of the EU by means of urgent messaging standard with safe shipping included. In the majority of cases, the shipments are delivered within 4-8 business days monday through friday. Below you can find the shipping costs for each country:

SLOVENIA, ESTONIA, FINLAND, IRELAND, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, SLOVAKIA, ROMANIA, SWEDEN: 30€ - FREE SHIPPING FROM 400€ OF PURCHASE. MAXIMUM WEIGHT OF 35KG.
Shipping:
After purchase we will manage products in the shortest time possible taking care of the availability. In the great majority of articles, we have stock for immediate shipment. Otherwise you´ll be informed by e-mail of the approximate period of receiving/sending.
All orders will be shipped within 24-72 hours unless another term in the product detail. Starting from the day of shipping, they will be delivered within a period of 24 hours for the iberian peninsula and in 24-72 h for balearic islands from monday to friday.

Returns:
All of our products are shipped perfectly packaged and protected so it should arrive in optimal conditions. In the event that you detect any problems with packing such as hits or breaks in the reception of the shipment, please write down this circumstance in the acknowledgment of the carrier. Otherwise, we will not refund the purchase.
Returns of hams and shoulders:
All hams and shoulders that can be purchased in our online store, are guaranteed. We will only accept returns in the following cases:
1. Bad smell once started the product.
2. Excessive amount of fat. For the iberian products, a percentage of fat from 40-50% of the total amount of weight is considered normal.
3. Once started, we will not accept returns if the weight difference is more than 10% of the total of the initial weight.
4. For correct return, you must keep the original packaging. we will not accept returns for any other reason as it may be, point of curing, salt, aesthetics, etc. If you have preferences about the point of curing, please let us know in the comments field of the order.
Returns of other products:
The rest of our products are of the highest quality/price and are equally guaranteed. Returns accepted in case that the product shows bad odor or bad general condition.
