Jamones Benito's Black Label ham. Curated between 24 and 36 months, this ham exhibits the pronounced flavour characteristic to the area . The pigs are fed with acorns, grain, and natural pasture during their mountain fattening stage, and the meat is then slowly dried at our drying cellars in the mountains at Sierra of Aracena, where the unique climate favors an optimal curation.
