After selecting, chopping and mincing lean meat and fat, they're carefully seasones with spices and authorized additives. Curation and drying done in natural drying cellar.
Ingredients: Lean meat and fat from pure Iberian pigs, salt, paprika, spices, lactose, dextrose, sugar, protein isolated from soybean, emulsifiers E-450, E 451 and E-452, acidity corrector E-331, preservatives E-250 and E-252, antioxidant E-301, dye E-124.
Touch: firm and compact, with light collapse when pressed.
Sight: regular cylindrical form, bent into a horseshoe shape. Rough appearance, with bright casing well attached to the meat mass. Cut is homogeneous and smooth, with fat filtration. Normal color, clean differentiation between fragments of meat and fat
Smell and taste: slightly smokey aroma and flavour, as well as a touch of the spices with which the product was seasoned.
Recommendations: aerate the piece before consumption to best appreciate its aroma and flavor. Once opened, consume within a period of 1 month.
Conservation: keep at low temperature (5-10 ° C).
