This traditionally made sausage is prepared only with fully acorn-fed pork.The product is dried in our high-tech facilities according to our old family recipe, to bring you a product that is traditionally delicious but with all the modern guarantees.Every detail is taken care of until the very end: Iberian pig meat, seasoned with salt, La Vera paprika, and Aceuchal garlic, and then cured in oak drying cellars in service for over 120 years.This is a recipe that is every bit as simple as it is difficult to make properly, and our master craftsmen bring it to you.
