This Ham meets the parameters marked by the Denomination of Origin of Teruel, which marks the crossing of Duroc pig with Landrace Largewhite, and we also exceed the minimum healing months of the D.O. Teruel, which marks 14 months as the time from which a Teruel Ham can be marketed.
