Extremeña Nobility products originate from a combination of strict genetic, morphological and nutritional selection, as well as carefully controlled feeding all the way from the very source.
Ingredients: Shoulder of Iberian pork, salt, sugar, preservatives (E-250, E-252), antioxidants (E-331, E-301)

Curation time: over 14 months
 
Appearance: rosy or red, with streaks of intramuscular fat.
 
Recommendations: once opened, consume the piece within 1 month.
 
Conservation : keep at low temperatures (5 - 10° C).
