The production process begins with the front limbs of our own pigs, selected from birth and raised on farms where they have ample spaces of over 100 square meters per animal. These pigs enjoy exquisite nutrition, consisting of a careful selection of cereals produced by the producer himself, as well as grass, tubers, roots, and other natural resources. This quality diet is reflected in the exceptional flavor and texture of the shoulder.
The 100% R.I. BEHER Red Label Ibérico de Campo Shoulder comes in two options: whole piece with bone or hand-sliced in 100-gram packets, for absolute convenience. Each presentation allows you to enjoy the shoulder the way you prefer, whether tasting thin and delicate slices or cutting to your liking in the case of the whole piece.
Its appearance is unmistakable, with a narrow and elongated bone, and a shiny ivory-colored fat that wraps around the shoulder. Inside, different shades can be appreciated, ranging from deep red in the most cured part to bright cherry red. These visual characteristics are indicative of the quality and curing process of this exquisite shoulder.
The ingredients used in the production are of the highest quality: 100% Ibérico de Campo shoulder, salt, sugar, antioxidants E-331iii, E-301, and preservatives E-252. These elements are carefully combined to highlight the unique flavor and texture of each slice.
